Guzelsehir Villas
Located at the junction of Kumburgaz and Guzelce provinces, the Guzelsehir Project
is located on a slope with one side (1km) stretching along D-100 highway, aka E-5, and
overlooking the sea. The project, built by Ihlas Holding under the name of Guzelce Villas,
is developed on a land of 550,210 m and consists of 675 villas and 46 commercial units.
The entire project was completed and delivered to our clients in 2008.
Guzelsehir Fatih Villa Site:
Another project of the same concept, Guzelsehir Fatih Villas, consisting of 172 villas and
spreading over a land of 67,713 m was also completed in 2011.
